Pinkerton Academy has sending contracts with the towns of Derry, Hampstead, Hooksett, Candia, Auburn and Chester. Pinkerton is a regional CTE center with students primarily from Windham, Salem, Pelham, Litchfield, Timberlane and our sending towns. Although Pinkerton Academy has assumed the statutory responsibility of providing high school education for the Towns of Derry, Chester and Hampstead, it has done so pursuant to a series of contracts between the Academy and the sending districts, not pursuant to any statutory duty imposed upon Pinkerton Academy. Since 1948 Pinkerton has enjoyed close, cooperative relations with many area school districts, entering into long-term agreements that are still close, strong and thriving today.
