About the Hike: Like white lace, 120-foot Ramona Falls drapes across a stair-stepped cliff of columnar basalt. I have passed by Ramona Falls many times since it is on the PCT and it is an easy day hike from the Ramona Falls Trailhead.But this trip was from the Top Spur Trailhead which offers a great loop option with Trail #600 the high route and the PCT #2000 low route. It requires crossing the Sandy River on logs.

The trail is relatively easy for this region, but the elevation gain could require plenty of rest stops for those not used to hiking in the mountains.
